Building a new bakery business
Launched the first Street Bakery, opened a second location, and created a joint production facility serving multiple brands and wholesale partners—with all required permits secured.
Scaling a restaurant chain
Led new openings while running daily operations, including two pandemic-era launches, a dedicated meat-processing facility, quality standards, and a multi-location POS integration.
Turning numbers into decisions
Built a custom scheduling and cost-forecasting system now used by 6+ restaurant businesses for labour planning, margin tracking, and monthly budgeting.
Launching across borders
Opened six cafés and a production site across Latvia and Lithuania, then advised partners in Kyiv on a further opening—covering concept, contracts, suppliers, people, budgets, and compliance.
